Balance your Inner Yin and Yang

Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow come together to cultivate inner balance. We will begin with slow, passive holds and then transition into a beautiful energetic vinyasa flow. Finally finishing off in bliss with a deeper revisit to yin while your body is open and and your mind is calm.
The Yin portion of the practice focuses on a release of connective tissues and cultivation of observation, breath, and meditation as we surrender into postures for longer periods of time, releasing deeply held, stagnant energy (chi).
The Vinyasa portion of the practice will move into a creative and energetic yang flow that allows us to integrate this openness and awareness into a sense of steadiness and strength in our flow practice.
